Company Policies
We will respond to your e-mail address with a confirmation of the order almost immediately after the order is placed. Your order will be processed and possibily packed and ready to ship within 24 hours. We ship only USPS. In most cases, your order should arrive to you within 7 days. If circumstances prevent us shipping your order, we will notify you via E-mail to give you a new shipping date. Please Note: During the summertime, we ship candles only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to minimize the chances of melted candles during shipping.
